Through this work package 30 teachers and representatives from the partner organisation will gain competency in responsible consumption and production. The teachers trained in online courses and at the transnational meeting in Poland, will be promoters and leaders of change in their schools and community and will convey to the students the sustainable way of thinking, and will help them to think critically. Moreover, they will be able to facilitate the students’ work in the DIY workspace and will be involved in the campaigns.

Through this work package, the students will acquire knowledge and understanding about the sustainable development goals (SDG) until May 2026, and will develop competency in SDG 12: Responsible consumption and production. They will take part in activities organised in their schools and in partner schools (5 transnational learning activities), will develop critical and reflective thinking skills, will raise awareness on food waste, slow fashion, green energy, natural resources preservation, and will understand what actions we all should take to be more sustainable. The aim of the project is to empower students to be leaders of change in their communities. As a result, together with their peers, they will raise awareness on the most important problems and will help people in their communities change and adopt new sustainable habits.
Main results:
• 500 students with knowledge and understanding about responsible production and consumption, 250 students with sustainable habits and leaders in promoting responsible production and consumption habits within the school and community, able to engage other students, families, and the wider community in responsible production and consumption practices;
• Improved critical thinking and communication skills;
• Change in behaviour (by adopting sustainable habits);
• Digital posters with tips and tricks for each selected topic: responsible production and consumption in general, preventing food waste, adopting slow fashion, preservation of natural resources, and using green energy.
The objective of this work package is to build competence in the communication for awareness campaigns and advocacy campaigns. Students will learn to use different software to digitalise their characters and will use applications to create animations, comic strips, and virtual panels, in order to promote messages about SD and present new habits that can improve everyone`s life.
By developing key messages and identifying the target audience and understanding their needs, selecting appropriate communication channels, and evaluating the effectiveness of the communication strategy, students and teachers will build competencies to create and lead awareness and advocacy campaigns, and will be involved actively in the life of their community.

The objective for this work package is to create 8 workspaces, one in each partner organization. In these workspaces students and teachers can develop and practise sustainable habits. They will repurpose items and products, will give a new life to waste, and will use scraps as raw materials. The items created here will be used in the awareness campaigns, changing habits campaigns, and advocacy campaigns in order to transmit the messages more vividly, and with greater impact.
